Mahira Bherwani represents this quiet but meaningful shift.<\/p>\n

Working with Global Energy Food Industries Pvt. Ltd., she currently serves as Assistant Director alongside her father. The company operates in FMCG manufacturing and agro-commodities trade and exports \u2014 industries that demand agility, discipline, and constant learning.<\/p>\n

While working within the existing operations, she also chose to expand the business vertically by introducing new products into the company\u2019s basket. This allowed her to understand the ecosystem of the business from the ground up \u2014 from production processes to market dynamics and trade \u2014 helping identify gaps and shape improvements across different areas.<\/p>\n

A typical day for her may include discussions on trade, overseeing operations, understanding products, production planning, export documentation, and working on new product development \u2014 all while observing how everyday decisions shape the direction of a company.<\/p>\n

\u201cRight now, my work involves everything and anything,\u201d she says.<\/p>\n

\u201cMy story is still being written,\u201d she says.<\/p>\n

\u201cI have only just begun, with many more opportunities and lessons ahead.\u201d<\/p>\n
