The company board has also approved the <strong>First Interim Dividend of \u20b9 8\/- per equity share<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Highest-ever revenue of \u20b921,105 crore, up 13% QoQ &amp; 45% YoY<br \/>\u2022 Record EBITDA of \u20b910,499 crore, up 24% QoQ &amp; 134% YoY<br \/>\u2022 Profit at \u20b96,597 crore, up 33% QoQ &amp; 205% YoY<br \/>\u2022 Board approves the First Interim Dividend of \u20b9 8\/- per equity share<br \/>\u2022 Highest-ever aluminium production achieved at 632 KT<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vedanta Aluminium\u2019s first quarter was marked by robust financial performance, record production, cost competitiveness, and substantial progress on strategic integration initiatives. Revenue increased to a highest-ever <strong>\u20b921,105 crore<\/strong>, up <strong>13% QoQ (quarter-on-quarter)<\/strong> and <strong>45% YoY (year-on-year)<\/strong>, driven by increased volumes &amp; realizations. EBITDA surged to a record <strong>\u20b910,499 crore<\/strong>, rising <strong>24% QoQ<\/strong> and <strong>134% YoY<\/strong> on the added strength of cost efficiency, while the EBITDA margin rose to a best-ever <strong>50%<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Profit stood at <strong>\u20b96,597 crore<\/strong>, increasing <strong>33% QoQ<\/strong> and <strong>205% YoY<\/strong>, reflecting strong operating performance. The company further strengthened its balance sheet through deleveraging, with <strong>Net Debt to EBITDA improving to 0.9x from 1.3x in Q4FY26<\/strong>. Reflecting its sustained performance, Vedanta Aluminium also received a credit rating upgrade to <strong>AA+ (Stable)<\/strong> from both <strong>CRISIL<\/strong> and <strong>ICRA<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The company\u2019s aluminium production reached an all-time high of <strong>632 KT<\/strong>, increasing <strong>3% QoQ<\/strong> and <strong>5% YoY<\/strong>, while value-added products (VAP) production achieved a best-ever figure of <strong>389 KT<\/strong>, up <strong>4% QoQ<\/strong> and <strong>14% YoY<\/strong>. Alumina production stood at <strong>826 KT<\/strong>, increasing <strong>41% YoY<\/strong> through enhanced refining capacity and asset utilisation.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At a foundational level, as India&#8217;s largest aluminium producer, Vedanta Aluminium is building one of the world&#8217;s most competitive, fully integrated aluminium businesses.
